سال های اخیر، سال های پر تلاطم و در همان حال، سال های رشد فوق العاده اینترنت و وب در ایران است؛ شرایطی که کاربران چند ده میلیون نفری اینترنت هر یک به نوبه خود با آن مواجه بوده اند و هستند: از ساده ترین کاربردهای اینترنت مانند استفاده از آدرس الکترونیکی (ایمیل)، تا حضور فهیمانه و اندیشمندانه در وبلاگستان و مشارکت در تولید محتوای فارسی و تعاملات اندیشه محور در شبکه های مجازی و کسب و کارهای ریز و درشت اینترنتی، همگی به چالش کشیده شده اند. بر فرصت های از دست رفته سرپوش نمی گذاریم و آن ها را نادیده نمی گیریم، و همچنین می پذیریم که تاسف بر گذشته سودی ندارد و با تلاش جمعی و فردی می کوشیم تا از از مشکلات موجود عبور و به بالندگی و شکوفایی بیش از پیش وب فارسی کمک کنیم و با آن همگام و همراه باشیم

فعال و موثر باشیم

اگرهای بسیاری در مقایسه های ناخودآگاه و خودآگاه ذهنی ما وجود دارند که نیازمند پاسخ اند: اگر کیفیت و امنیت و سرعت اینترنت بیشتر بود ... اگر تلاش ما بیشتر بود ... اگر موانع کمتر بود ... اگر چنین بود و اگر چنان نبود ... ولی فارغ از این اگرها و مگرها که زمانی برای پاسخ آنان خواهد آمد، به فرصت های پیش رو و موفقیت های نسبی پشت سر نیز می نگریم و برای بنا کردن جامعه ای مستقل و آزاد، سهم خویش را با برداشتن گام های بلند و محکم می پردازیم. مشکلات همیشه بوده و خواهد بود ولی ما روزگاری را تجربه می کنیم که پس از آن نخواهیم بود، پس تا هستیم، فعال و موثر باشیم

تلاش های زیادی از سوی کاربران و مدیران سایت های ایرانی صورت گرفت تا این دستاورد عظیم بشری در ایران نیز چون دیگر کشورهای پیشرفته، موجب توسعه فرهنگی و اقتصادی و اجتماعی و آزادی و سلامت و شادابی باشد و تا حدی نیز به نتیجه رسیده است که جای شکر و سپاسگزاری دارد. باور به ثمربخشی همه بخش های اصلی فعالیت وب فارسی و امیدواری به بهبود شرایط عمومی و اختصاصی سرمایه گذاری انسانی و مالی در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات (فاوا)، با خودباوری و مسئولیت پذیری بیشتر فعالین وب فارسی، ممکن خواهد بود

مسئولیت

موفقیت قابل قبول جامعه ایرانی در عرصه های مختلف فناوری و توسعه و فرهنگ و سیاست و اقتصاد، بدون اینترنت و وب قدرتمند فارسی، قابل تصور نبوده است و نیست و اینجاست که مسئولیت شهروندان و فعالین فضای مجازی بیش از دیگران نمود پیدا می کند. تولید محتوای ارزشمند و تعامل عمیق اجتماعی وتوسعه کسب و کارهای سازنده در فضای مجازی به مثابه سه مبنای اصلی رشد وب فارسی و تعیین کننده قلمرو مجازی ایران، توسط همین شهروندان و فعالین شکل می گیرد.

باید بدانیم که استقلال و آزادی ایران و ایرانی در جهان مجازی، متناسب با ساز و کارهای فضای مجازی ارزیابی می شود و نیازمند فهم و مراقبت جدی و همه جانبه است. هر آنچه که امروز به دلیل جهل و بی مسئولیتی از دست می دهیم، بازیافتنی نیست، پس مسئولانه تلاش کنیم تا کشورمان را به افق های روشن آینده برسانیم

در این مسیر، هر قشر و گروه، مسئولیتی دارد. اگر گروهی به نمایندگی از ملت، امانت دار حفظ امنیت و توسعه زیرساخت ها و نخبگان و فرهیختگان مسئول انتقال میراث هدایتگر خویش به فضای مجازی و پرورش آن هستند؛ فعالین وب فارسی نیز به نوبه خود مسئولیت توسعه سکوها و واسط های مناسب این تعامل بزرگ اندیشه و احساس ایرانی در هزاره سوم را بر عهده دارند و ادای این مسئولیت بسیار فراتر از رقابت های غیرحرفه ای و ساده انگاری های کودکانه و نیازمند هوشمندی و مسئولیت پذیری و امید و باور به توسعه وب فارسی است

امید و باور

حضور بی وقفه جوانان و فرهیختگان در وب مبنای اصلی رشد کمی و کیفی آن بوده است و این جز با امید و باور به کارآمدی اینترنت تحقق نیافته است. امروز همگان باور دارند که فضای مجازی فرصت استثنایی برای تحقق هر آنچیزی است که می اندیشند و می خواهند. امید به آینده ای دارند که در پرتو فرصت های فضای مجازی، واقعی تر از غیرمجازی است و رشد جامعه را در پرتو تحولات فضای مجازی دنبال می کنند

تعالیم پیامبران الهی و اندیشمندان و مصلحان را به یاد می آوریم که جامعه ای آباد و آزاد را برایمان تصویر میکنند و از آنان آموخته ایم که آنچه می ماند، حق و حقیقت است و باطل رفتنی است. آموخته ایم که نظام هستی بنابه اراده خداوند، از حق، ستمدیده و پیشرفت، حمایت می کند و بر باطل و ستمگر و پسرفت مهر نابودی می زند. پس با تلاشی مضاعف و امیدوارانه از فرصت های بی کران جهان مجازی استفاده خواهیم کرد تا منصفانه و عاقلانه و آزادانه، از مواهب آن برخوردار باشیم و سهم ایران را به نحوی شایسته و مناسب در قلمرو مجازی جهانی احیاء و از آن صیانت کنیم

آینده روشن

راهی که فضای مجازی پیش روی کشورهای در حال توسعه قرار داده است، راه آسانی نیست ولی روشن و اطمینان بخش است چرا که از سوی برگزیدگان و نخبگان جوامع بشری ترسیم می شود و بیش از جامعه غیر مجازی، سالم، هدفمند و متعالی است. صاحبان زر و زور و تزویر، در آن به ضعیف ترند و اندیشه و احساس انسان ها، مرزهای دروغین سلطه نامشروع را در می نوردد و فرصتی طلایی برای ظهور تمدن واحد جهانی ایجاد کرده است. هر چه می گذرد، اندیشه و احساس انسان های فرهیخته و سالم در فضای مجازی، مرجعیت بیشتری می یابد و متناسب با آن، هنجارهای رنگ باخته پیشین جوامع، نوسازی و نونگاری می شوند تا با شرایط روزگار نو، هماهنگ شوند

صد بار به پدرم گفتم خواهش می کنم این ماهی بی زبان را داخل بطری شیشه خیار شور نگذار پدرم اعتنایی نکرد عوض1ماهی 2تا داخلش گذاشت رو به مادرم کردم واقعا دوست داری تو را در جای تنگ قرار بدهند در جوابم گفت برو بابا عید جایش هم خوب است . رفتم سمت ماهی دلش گرفته بود عذاب آور بود می دیدم به سختی می تواند حرکت کنند ماهی بی زبان رو به آسمان کرد دعا کرد خدا او را از بند نجات دهد چه زود خدا دعای زبانت بسته را اجابت کرد 1روز از آمدنش به خانه ما نگذشت که مرد .
ماهی درسته صدا ندارد اما فریادش به آسمان برسد خدا به سرعت اجابت می کند .صدایی که هرگز هیچ انسان و موجود زنده ای قادر به شنیدن نیست و نخواهد بود .
والدینم جنایت کار هستند با خودخواهی غرورشان جان 2ماهی زبان بسته را گرفتند که به ظاهر بی اهمیت هستند .

برایم غربت مهم نیست چرا که دنیا را خدا آفریده و خودش همه جا حضور دارد فقط دریک نقطه خاص وجود ندارد .
به ظاهر زندگی و شاد بودنم توجه می کنند واز اینکه تک فرزند هستم حسادت می کنند بی خبر از قبل شکسته پر از درد و وجود بیمارمن هستند .
بی خبر هستند چه شکنجه ها و رنجها و دردهایی تحمل کردم توهین تحقیر ها - تمسخرها - تو سر خوردن ها شنیدم تحمل کردم و چه تهمت های گفتند حرمت حفظ کردم درد ریختم داخل خودم کار به جایی رسید که حتی دیگر وجودم تحمل من را ندارد سخت بیمار شده است .

از سامان برام ایمیل باقی مانده بود بعد از اینکه رفت امریکا. ارتباط یک طرف شده فقط من برایش ایمیل می فرستادم اصلا منتظر دریافت جواب ایمیل از سامان نبودم .وقتی ایمیلهایم دچار مشکل می شد و یا از بین می رفت با ایمیل جدید به نام خودم برایش ایمیل می فرستادم .
یک روز در حال چک کردن ایملیم بودم متوجه شدم دعوت نامه ای از yahoo360برام فرستادند از یک آقای ناشناس .دعوت نامه اش را قبول کردم وارد پروفایلش شدم تعجب کردم عکس سامان آن جا چه کار می کند چه ارتباطی به سامان دارد خیلی به عکس خیره شدم به سختی می شد تشخیص هویت داد همینطوری روی عکس کلیک کردم دیدم بله خود سامان است . فامیل هایش هم بودند برایش دعوت نامه فرستادم قبول کرد بهش گفتم از یک ناشناس دعوات نامه دریافت کردم آخرش هم تورا پیدا کردم .
برای خودم عجیب بود چرا هر کجا که می رفتم چه در سایت چه در بیرون (کوچه و خیابان ) تصویرش جلوی چشمام بود یا نامش را می شنیدم . وقتی به هم فکر نمی کردیم چرا به خوابم می آید نمی دانستم چه حکمتی دارد .مادرم می گفت خدا نمی گذارد تو سامان را فراموش کنی . از حرف مادرم خیلی ناراحت شدم رفتم اتاقم گفتم خدایا چرا من باید سامان را در خواب ببینم نا خودآگکاه به فکرم آید در صورتی که جاده ارتبط یک طرفه شده است . من که متوجه حکمتتون نمی شم خودتون کمکم کنید بفهمم .
می دانستم جاده ارتباط یک طرفه شده است بهش علاقه دارم اما عاشقش نیستم از خدا کمک خواستم کمکم کند هم حکمت را بفهمم هم روابط 2طرفه شود بفهمدهرچه در ایمیل برایش فرستادم ازروی صداقت بود .
فهمیدم سامان من را از روی ظاهر شناخت اگر از روی باطنت می شناخت ممکن بود جاده ارتباط 1طرفه نشود . سامان نمی خواست قبول کندbita بزرگ شده دوران بچگی تمام شده باید با من تغییر رفتار دهد دست کمم نگیرد .
